An autumnal tradition

this tradition is still celebrated as it should be, especially in the valleys of masevaux and thann. it extends the activity of the inn until the end of november.

It is a real feast that the farmhouse inns offer, a gargantuan meal to fill up on conviviality and calories before the rigours of winter!

Miles of sausages, black pudding soup, fresh presskopf with horseradish, candied ear and grilled bacon! The foot in ravigote, the sauerkraut of the year garnished with salted meats, juicy sausages just out of the smokehouse…
