Have you ever tasted an omelette made of eggs that were found and broken at the moment? A peasant platter accompanied by an Alsatian white wine in a jug? A steaming vegetable soup in weather you can’t even put your nose outside? No?

Then go and seize the gourmet soul of our farm inns over a Munster pie, a mountain board or simply a cold plate where the best of the land and the unique know-how of our farmers and farm innkeepers is laid down.

Don’t forget to bring fresh butter, cheese, sausages, in short a good piece of the sweet perfume of the high stubble fields.
